Very poor bedside manner and will not sit there and explain tests but instead just go “hmmm” and when you ask what, says oh nothing. He ask what he should do when you’re seeking answers from him. And if you go get full work up and test come back, he will take weeks to respond and it’s only because patient has to constantly follow up. He will just (via typed message) provide prognosis and not to worry about it “right now” but see you in a few months. If you are looking for a doctor with bedside manners, please do NOT see this cardiologist. I went with my husband for his first visit and I am still in shock and just angry. My husband suffers from anxiety, which we made clear from the beginning. Upon walking in, Dr. Masud asks why my husband was here and why he had a calcium score done at age 37? My husband proceeds to tell him that his father had a triple bypass, so that is why, and he is worried because his calcium score is high for his age. Dr. Then tells him that yes he... read more
Excellent Doctor. Very knowledgeable and communicates issues very well. I had a stent procedure with Dr Masud and it went very well with him giving excellent care and follow-up meetings. I would trust him with any Cardio-surgical procedures.
Dr. Massud and his staff are a team of excellent profesionals. I am very lucky to have Dr. Massud as my doctor.
