I am upgrading my review after Dr. Ali reached out to me and we spoke for some time. It appears that his receptionist sent me letter without his knowledge which said I was no longer a patient there. She even attached my medical records. I am going to give this office another chance, as I do believe Dr. Ali is a very good pulmonologist.
