It took months to get my appointment with Dr. Krisht. About two weeks before the appointment, I was sent a letter that I needed to bring in a disc with my MRI or I would not be seen. In order to obtain the disc, I had to drive 2.5 hours to Jonesboro to pick it up. Today was my appointment at 12:45pm. I arrived 30 minutes early after a 3 hour drive to the doctor's office. What kind of places doesn't answer the phone a hour before closing
Dr. Krisht and his staff were kind and caring. He referred me to a good neurosurgeon and helped me find the right Doctor for my brain mass and now permanent epilepsy.
My insurance did not fully cover this appointment, but it wasn't worth the cost I had to pay. We waited for 3 hours to receive a 10 minute consultation, where nothing was done. The office staff was not friendly, I was referred to another facility without being told, so when the facility called, I had no idea why they were calling. The doctor or office staff did not put the notes in my record for several months after my appointment. I found better care at a nearby medical center, night and day difference
I was admitted after getting hit by a car. I was the pedestrian. I landed on my head and my neck, I don’t know how I’m alive. But I’ll tell you how I’m alive after walking away with zero broken bones— it’s because of Dr.Krisht.
