Very Unprofessional do not receive any care from them find another specialist if able also left message for call back on a scheduled appointment from St.Joe that they needed but no call back and when I finally got a hold of them Dr.Abbas says they get 80 voice mails a day and that was her explanation of why I didn't get a call back and that they review there voice mails at the end of the day.. Recent app’t. with Dr. Najar was a real disappointment, as I always really enjoyed seeing him and his kindness and caring demeanor. This time, he was not even interested in my concerns about my test results. I want to be proactive, so this was disappointing. It has been a few days since my prescription was to be called in by his staff. They are VERY poor at returning calls.
Never got to make an appointment, was greeted by a very rude receptionist, that totally blowed me off. I just wanted to make an appointment. She took my name and phone number. And no call was ever placed . If treatment is like this I hate to meet the doctor that allows this behavior.
I have been trying since April 3 to get someone from Dr. Najar’s office to call me back. It is now April 25. I have left two voicemails and even sent an email to the office manager and still no response. I have previously never had this problem with any doctor’s office! I need a doctor that I can reach when a question or a problem arises. If there are extenuating circumstances that the doctor is not available to take questions, then for God’s sake, have someone from the office call me!
Did my sleep study there with Dr. Ali Najar, a little over a year after diagnosis, I started having serious issues with my CPAP machine. Contacted the office three times, left voicemails explaining my need to be seen again. They never bothered to call back. Never recommend going there. As a patient, it's important to have a doctor and a practice willing to continue follow-up care. This clinic and doctor did not. Patients needs go unmet. Now I'm left trying to find a new doctor.
