I’ve been a patient for Dr. Ali for over 10 years. He helped me through some very difficult season of PPD, anxiety & OCD. He is kind, asks good questions & shows concern. Very grateful for his consistency all these years.
My visits have always been great. I have never had any problems with the employees. Angela is incredible with helping you out and as nice as she can be. I think Dr. Ali is the best in town. I went through 5 different doctors. He was the first one who figured out what was wrong. He is so kind and listens to everything. I have been better ever since. Dr. Ali is the best psychiatrist ever!!!!!!!! I've only been with Dr. Ali for only 1 year. His secretary Shapria went over and beyond to help me get my medications at a cheaper price. It took days but she did not stop until we got what I needed. She also followed back up with me to be sure everything was ok. I received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
Dr. Ali is a great physician and so is his secretary Shapria. I have been treated by Dr. Ali for 9 years and his secretary has been the same. She is very sweet and kind to the patients. People will write something negative before positive. I advise you not to go by the negative reviews and get to know the office for yourself. After reading the reviews it seems as if when things do not go the way the patient wants or prefers Shapria is rude and etc.
Dr. Ali is a very kind and competent doctor. His front desk receptionist, Shapira, is an absolute nightmare, however. How she talks to people over the phone and in person is very condescending. She has gone off on me multiple times, is a complete bully, is sarcastic and demeaning, totally rude and unprofessional. I am a professional myself and get along with everyone. i don;t know how many reviews need to be written for the office to acknowledge that the front desk lady is so rude. every time i call the office she talks to me like am stupid. she never talks to me with respect she talks to me like i am always wrong. my medicine hasn't been called in twice and she told me that i lied and never talked to the pharmacy at cvs. someone else needs to be hired at the front desk. i am considering leaving this office because i can't take her attitude anymore. she is so unprofessional.
dr Ali is wonderful but his front desk assistant is so rude every time I call the office.

He's awesome. His front desk person, Shapria, could use a course or two in telephone etiquette though.
