The nurses were great. She seems to be a good doctor for my husband, but seems very dismissive to me. Refused to do a complete Woman's Wellness Physical and pushed it off to someone else. And was dismissive of heart and high cholesterol concerns even though both sides of my family have extremely high issues with both (involving need to stents, heart surgeries and implanted internal defibrillators includingboth my parents and multiple aunts & uncles). Dr Howen is a blessing to have as a Dr. She sits and listens to you and doesn't rush you out the door. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.
Dr. Howen did a very thorough job of explaining the complexity of my situation in terms of diagnosis and treatment and of course the structure of care that was to be provided. She is very good at what she does. Have fun at the world Cup!!
