Dr. Hassani is so friendly that you feel like he's your friend(son), of course to a much higher level. Whenever I have questions or concerns, I use the North Bay Patient Portal website. Sometimes there are questions that are not that emergent but still important to me. I've had some situations that it was REALLY EMERGENT like today! Dr. Hassani listens to me well and explains things so that I easily understand. I’m very pleased with the care that I get from him!
I always felt he ignored most of what I said. He had his own preconceived ideas. I am a 70 year old disabled female with many health problems. I believe he either thought I was complaining or that I was making things up.. He refused to send a much needed urgent referral to a specialist, even though my insurance does not require referrals. This has delayed diagnosis for a potentially serious problem.
Dr. Hassani has greatly helped turn around my husband’s health. The Dr. is very professional with great bedside manner, patient, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, great follow up, and genuinely cares. His staff has been great as well! Forever grateful for his expertise and inspiring my husband to not give up. We hope he never retires. ;)
