I would not recommend this office to anyone I know. I brought my grandma here for a while because she insisted, and now my dad is dealing with the same issues. The staff does not seem to look out for patients. Instead of listening, they lecture, talk over people, and show very little empathy. It feels dismissive and frustrating, especially when patients are already vulnerable. They do not offer any educational materials and rush through appointments, not explaining suggested procedures. The girls that work behind the desk are friendly enough, but when It came time to fill out patient information. They were uncaring and dismissive. This is a healthcare facility, but they were uncaring the Girl that took my vital signs was very nice. I believe her name was Jessica. My Doctor was excellent.
Very, very good doctor explained everything very well and kind kind and considerate would recommend him highly!
