I have experienced repeated delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, and on several occasions, my questions have gone unanswered entirely. I want to start by saying that Dr. Goharbin is excellent. However, I have experienced significant issues with his staff, who have been extremely unorganized and inefficient. When I initially requested an MRI, my request was denied because his staff failed to include my X-rays, which should be standard practice. After jumping through additional hoops, including completing physical therapy, I was told that my MRI request would be resubmitted and to follow up in 10 days if I hadn’t heard back.
