I just called the number listed for Dr. Delbakhsh at approximately 1PM. I was calling to inquire if I could change my appointment to a virtual one. The receptionist snapped at me - telling me I had reached the wrong number (a hospital number, apparently). I politely asked if she could give me the correct number for Dr. Delbakhsh. She snapped that she had just told me I reached the wrong number in a very rude tone & hung up on me. She is not the proper person for a customer service job of any kind.
