Waiting time is very long here , and I had to wait half an hour extra time to call me .
He is definitely the best Urologist that I've had in the last 20 years!! My wife who is also a Doctor told me I had to see him...and I'm glad that I did.
First time ever calling a urologist so had a natural level of defensiveness. Dispatcher was very rude about ‘why’ I was calling in, curtly asked me if I had talked to my PCP first because she’s ‘never schedule for that type of issue before’. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. I’m sure the doc is great but I wish the initial service could be better. That left a very sour taste in my mouth
Stay as far away from this physician as possible. He completely botched my biopsy. I became septic ended up in the hospital afterward, and although repeatedly contacting his office, they’ve never once responded to me.
