Dr. Ali Banaie is a good doctor, and my issue is not with her care. It is with her office staff. My prescriptions were filled incorrectly, and I was given inaccurate information about my prior authorizations. This caused a gap in my medication and led to a preventable medical flare. The staff showed little compassion and was a rude to me through their online portal. A good doctor can only do so much when the office does not support patients. I would not recommend this practice.
I have worked as a patient advocate for some time and the way this office has treated and mishandled my partner is horrendous. This place only cares about billing insurance and getting money, NOT about your health. I highly recommend staying away from this facility.
Attempted to make an appointment after I was referred here. The secretary was so rude I decided to come read the reviews on this Dr. Looks like I'm dodging a bullet. If the secretary is horrible it just tells me to move on. Going to take my business elsewhere.
I was just referred to this office and the staff and physicians assistant were amazing. Dr lawery was very helpful. Ty for doing a phone visit as it’s hard for me to get in as I don’t drive
Office lacks compassion, fails to ask pertinent exploratory questions to help them properly diagnose you, Is willing to prescribe medication’s without fully diagnosing you and admits that they are unable to test to make sure that whatever is being treated for is actually gone once they prescribed the medication.
