I have the feeling this is a good doctor, but do yourself a favor and don't get referred to this office. I have a history of a severe cancer, and I haven't even gotten to see the actual doctor. I understand moving patients to a PA after doing an assessment, but the office acts inconvenienced if you inquire if you can see the dr. I almost feel like this is a fraud. The doctor was very nice, but I am seeing one of his Physicians assistants in his office. The staff is efficient and the woman I'm seeing is very nice. I don't understand the three stars at all
The front desk staff were respectful and helpful! We saw the nurse practitioner Alison. She was wonderful! She spent time listening and discussing issues, she took lots of notes on health history and symptoms. She offered some home remedy ideas yo try and recommended a colonoscopy with the doctor. It was one of the best doctor visits we have had!
I was charged $150 for cancellation of a procedure when I have my call log on my phone that I tried to call the Friday prior to cancel. Procedure was scheduled for Tuesday, so called again on Monday and was told I would be charged even though I have call log showing I called multiple times the Friday before.
