I had a horrible experience at this place, and I truly believe racism played a part. My mom’s Chevrolet needed an ignition coil pack replacement. We waited at home until they called us. When we returned, they told us to wait in the car while they were loading garbage into a truck. Was forced to take our car to Ali as the business we bought from uses him as there mechanic and the vehicle ended up needed a full engine replacement as well as repairs as it should not have passed the AMVIC inspection. I showed up at 10 am to drop it off as told to. No signage, had to drive around the back to enter. The two men there had no idea what was going on and mentioned that there are two different businesses operation out of that location and Ali, the one working on my car, wasn't in yet.
