We always travel over from Leeds to see Jav and the team to talk through our home renovations. We have been a customer for approx 10 years and they have looked after various members of my family. Very friendly and professional in the shop, they take their time to explain their different products, and most recently treated us to lunch! I recently needed a cosmetic change to the beading that was installed, and they came back quickly to change how it was finished at no extra charge. The staff at this shop were not at all customer-friendly. That's the problem with this shop. I don't know if the owner knows this." …When we got there, the staff member was really busy on his phone, sharing personal stuff with someone else. He was on a personal call for a long time, which was really inconvenient for us. After that, he kept trying to talk about his personal stuff

Highly recommend Alibaba carpet's on Leeds road, very good service , always prompt and efficient, and most importantly very good on the prices they give.
Very friendly guys and great prices. Quality of materials is excellent, purchased laminate flooring which looks great after installation
