Not only he got the best rate and best terms for me, he helped me patiently with my numerous questions and accommodated the multiple changes I requested during the process. He also got me a mortgage that was partially based on fixed rate and partially on variable rate so that while my risk is lowered, I can benefit from advantages of both fixed and variable rates.
