I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time and signed in. 50 minutes after my appointment time, I was called back to he exam room. A nurse weighed me, checked my blood pressure and ran an EKG. Half an hour later Dr. Ali came in, gave me a weak handshake, asked how I felt, checked my pulse, listened to my heart, wrote up an order for lab work, handed it to me and told me to come back in 4 months.
Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.
