This office staff has been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. For months, they have run us in circles repeatedly delaying for a family member who uses a wheelchair. They were rude to the caretaker, refused to allow assistance, and even hung up several times. Their actions create unnecessary barriers for disabled patients and their families. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Do not go here if you need proper care.

The front office staff has been extremely unprofessional. Calls are left on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected, calls are answered while staff are laughing, and I have been given false information about people not being available when they were. I have also requested multiple times for messages to be relayed to the doctor and never received a response. as well as many emails being sent and never getting a response. I am so blessed being a patient of Dr Ali Alamar and Mandeep Kaur and their medical interns. I feel so "taken care of" and supported. My cancer journey is much less stressful because of them. So grateful!

Although I tried to be very patient with this office. I have not been satisfied. The front desk team is not friendly at all. I’ve call a few times just to speak to someone and after staying on hold for 15 mins the line disconnects. It is very sad to know that my paycheck takes out $700 for myself and my child for healthcare. And the healthcare workers treat the patients as if they were trash on the street. Great physician!! Extremely knowledgeable, extremely smart, extremely friendly. He is amazingly thorough and excellent at determining next steps and how to best get you into the best health. His nurse and administrative staff are also awesome and friendly and the entire office, including Dr. Alamar have absolutely wonderful senses of humor that make the visits nice but do not override their sense of professionalism and taking care of you.
