Just left a appointment with Dr. Elghouche. He was the second ENT physician I took my mom to regarding a issues with her taste buds. I really wish I would've found him before. He was really nice, LISTENED, and now we haha a game plan! His office team were really nice too. Megan was a gem, (especially since I'm hanging on by a thread these days) & her voice helped to calm me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We are 6 years post COVID and I walk into a supposed medical professional office specializing in ear nose and throat and the receptionist is wearing a mask with a sign requesting people wear masks. Cloth masks do absolutely nothing to stop the spread of disease in that environment. I have zero confidence in anybody who is still supporting that dysfunctional narrative about masks.
Not so sure why at the VA, the Doctor is basically taking every Veteran patient into the Operating Room Under Sedation for normally a "routine outpatient biopsy's" and at his main office in Fishers, himself and partners mainly refer to other biopsy specialist in the community that do not require Operating Room Sedation for same certain biopsy's?? Or,,,, Maybe he can Bill more for Sedation and OR Time/ Surgery at VA and pad more income from Taxpayer and US Government? Or,,, maybe the VA is requiring Operating Room Sedation fo... read more
Dr Elgouche is really nice but his scheduling and office team not so much. Have tried to get the surgery covered but IU health and this office keeps saying my MHS Medicaid is not covered even though I checked and it is but they already made me cancel the surgery appt which I already took off work for and have been giving me the runaround on rescheduling it and actually getting a prior authorization sent in. Would NOT recommend
He gave my mom service with a smile. He is very positive and outgoing and has wonderful patience with his patient's and their needs in a professional manner. God bless him and his amazing staff. Be blessed.
