Employee health for Sutter Health is a joke. They do nothing to help their employees. They give people mis information and have shitty attitudes the ppl who come to the office.

Front desk was very quick, efficient and friendly. Was seen right at my appointment time. Provider was friendly and listened to me and let me know what I needed to do for follow up. They pay for your parking in the parking garage. Overall a great experience.

If you are using State Compensation Insurance Fund or probably any Worker's comp GO ELSE WHERE! CHOOSE SOME OTHER PROVIDER FROM THE MPN NETWORK. These people messed up my paperwork and for over a month I could not get the care I needed because they couldn't do 1 simple task. FAX THE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. 5 WEEKS!!!! They 1st sent me to urgent care because as the other review noted they are weeks behind. Urgent care never sent the paperwork to us. I go to physical therapy at least 2 times a week. The therapist, Terri A. really helps you in exercising and stretching. The PA, Karla P. is a really good PA to see. I sure do recommend that place.
