I have been a constant and loyal customer, bringing at least 5-6 cars a week, since they opened for business. On October 13th, I took my vehicle in for a wash and their faulty machine was somehow able to rip a wheel plate bolted to my vehicle off. Staff heard the incident and continued to operate the wash. Upon discovering what had happened, I informed the manager on duty (very helpful through the ordeal) and he asked me to get an estimate and we would be reimbursed. I paid $20 for the top wash and had so many missed dirty spots. Also there were broken vacuum hoses laying around and the ones able to use had barely any suction power. This is the second time I’ve wasted time and money!

We just went by at 6:30 to wash our truck and the employee was rude and said they had things to do tonight so they just decided to close early. Gheir hours say they are open till 7.
