I love the strawberry preserves they are my favorite.The peanut butter is so smooth and creamy. When we are eating it we also have to share some with our 4 leg fur baby. He loves it.
I got a jar of Strawberry preserves, And i did not find 1 strawberry in it.
i thought "preserves" meant pieces of fruit. NOT your strawberry preserves! just upended my jar of your preserves, HA! not even a speck! it's watery jelly!
This last jar of Strawberry Preserves (bar code 88252 23203) should have been Strawberry Jam !!! This jar had no strawberries in it whatsoever... And I always buy your brand !
Pretty unhappy with your response to my finding a "foreign object" in my jam. Your staff seems to immediately jump to suspicion and doubt rather than concern and how to fix it or improve. Couple this with an inability to speak to a real person after leaving multiple messages doesn't help.
