Ive been a patient for 10years and reception used to be warm and caring there. Now it's very cold, intimidating and not helpful at all. I know of many families looking to relocate doctor offices now due to their Reception and unprofessionalism.

The one star is a stretch. I am a senior with chronic issues. The doctor attending my case didn't even physically examine me. Instead, all I received from him was a dismissive attitude.
I loved Dr Brule his staff....however whn i called to make an appointmnt it goes straight to a message stating tht the clinic is now permanently closed...no notice was given to the patients, was the first I heard tht i no longer have a family doctor. Im kind of disappointed about that...my partner also lost his doctor last year and at least they sent him a letter in the mail.
