Few years ago I wanted to book my cat in that was having really bad problems with her peeing in the house everywhere, causing major damage. I called Ann she’s a great vet. I absolutely adore her, the office would not book me in and said it was not an emergency…when I called emergency to talk to Ann because I explained to her that it is an emergency because if she doesn’t stop this, I cannot keep her which means I’m giving her up as a family pet and my 2 daughter 5 and 7 would be heartbroken.
