It was an absolute pleasure outfitting with Algonquin Basecamp - they accomodated everything I needed for my situation and were just a pleasure to deal with. They gracefully helped my load the canoe onto our vehicle and taught me some new knots in the process. Also their building is one of the most beautiful little buildings on the main strip of Kearney.
Rented a canoe for a solo trip and it was perfect. They helped me tie it to my car and teach me how to do it as I would need to do it by myself coming back. I had a great trip thanks to Algonquin Basecamp. Much appreciated!
Small family owned outfitter on west side of the park , in the little village of Kearny. Great eqpt, canoes and advice. Amazing for park access to Rain or Magnetawan.
