Absolutely the worst. Everything was done wrong. We paid 1600 and now we are paying to have it fixed. Terrible workmanship

I booked the annual service for my Thermaglide door as warrantee had run out and at the Company's prompting. A Fitter named Paul Gurr with his "mate" attended on 27th March, 2015. I thought the Service was expensive, but was reassured especially when it transpired that the safety feature had been switched off and the batteries were flat! So well done Paul for alerting me to this as I had no idea there were even batteries in the unit! I was impressed with their honesty and efficiency. The technician provided a detailed explanation before starting any repairs. He worked quickly but carefully. My garage door is now running smoothly.
The technician was prompt, efficient and knew my problem with the door right away. He was a pleasant young man. Paid by card after work completed and received my receipt by email 5 minutes later. Would have no problem using this company again.
