Lived here for over 40 years management is the worst I have seen, no care or concern for the tenants issuses. They have a terrible water problem and the roads are deteriorating fast. All the corporation is doing is buying new homes to place in park and sale or rent out. Again they increase lot rent with no new inprovements to the park. Last thing they are hard to contact and will never return your call. Afraid what this place will be in a few years, so sad after putting a lot of money into the park and my home here.
One of the worst! – Managment is terrible! Never available and plays favorites. We have all heard "trailer trash". This place is! Looks are VERY misleading!
Worst customer service ever – This park is one of the best parks if you prefer to stay in your home all the time. If you step outside be prepared, the property managers will run down your throat over trivial items. An example of this is how my trailer has air conditionars mounted in the windows. This has been fine for the window in the rear for ten years and the window up front for three years, but now these are somehow mounted wrong.
