It's nice to find a "diamond in the rough" Dealership. Spragg Dealership found an o2 sensor issue that has been haunting me and 3 other shops, even a Dealership down south, all summer long. Having mechanic's that know what they're doing is key. Thanks Karl, your the best! Great service and super friendly staff.
We were driving across northern Ontario to see the grandkids when a check engine light came on in our new 2025 Chrysler Jeep Wagoneer. Luckily we were just passing Algoma Chrysler in Spragg, Ontario and David and his staff took us right in, updated our engine software and had us on the road again in 1/2 hr. You gotta love the people of northern Ontario and our fellow Canadians! Best service ever!!

We had a rad leak and needed a new one. We live in Elliot Lake and have a Cadillac SRX. We were told by GM that it would be a @ 9 hr job and $2600.00! Crosstown in Sudbury would’ve been @ $2800.00!! We called Algoma Chrysler in Spragge and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper, said it would take @4-5 hours, and they even gave us a loaner to go back home.
