Would have loved to have seen this doctor but the waitlist just to be added on to as a new patient is long. I was told that they are 60 patients on the waitlist. It could take months to years waiting to be a patient here. If it was a urgent need than it would be better to find a different doctor they said. Insurance says that he accepts "NEW" patients but really he doesn't because the "waitlist" is so damn "long". The doctor and team are great. I've been going to "Dr. K" for many years and the only "complaint" I would have is also one of the biggest compliments. There are times when he runs behind and I need to wait a few minutes. The reason for this, and the reason for the 5 stars, is because he spends the time needed with each patient. He is thorough, compassionate, and it is clear he truly cares. When I was in the hospital with Covid he made sure to check on me every day. Dr.Kerpe is a doctor’s dr. Smart, kind, and willing to spend time with you when you need it. His staff is also fantastic- from Mel to Nancy to Arianna and Stephanie- they will take care of you and make sure you get what you need- don’t hesitate to make an appointment!!
I will say from the moment I stepped in, the kindness I felt was overwhelming, the staff went above and beyond making sure I felt as comfortable as possible. They reminded me of what doctors, and offices should be. Or shall I say say once-were. A doctor who has such a huge heart, and his wife superwoman and staff- its a rare thing to come by these days. Where each and every patient matters.
