Absolutely disgusting service. Dr Hussein was incredibly rude and had zero care factor. Instead of explaining things to me nicely he Made me feel so stupid and couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. Would give zero stars if I could.
Avoid this practice at all costs. It is not just incompetent — it is dangerous. My partner required stitches in his hand. He called ahead to confirm whether this was something the clinic could handle and was told yes, that a nurse was available and to come in immediately. After rushing there, he was seen by a doctor who simply shrugged the responsibility, claiming he could do nothing without a nurse to re-bandage the wound. Do not come to these doctors if you have a health concern, you will literally walk out worse off. Doctor Islam has zero care and zero regard for patients. Lazy and useless, they give doctors a bad name and put people off going to see a medical professional because they assume they’re not going to get any help anyway. Better off paying the gap for another medical practice.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I visited this GP (Dr. Nahida Saeed), she doesn’t do her job, I had already explained everything in detail. I went to the emergency hospital and was referred back to a GP to get a care plan so I could start physiotherapy. When I saw Nahida Saeed, she refused to do it and told me I would need to come back again for the same reason. This was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. Worst experience ever, the dr has no time to listen and he doesn’t want you to speak either. This is my first time I go to a doctor and he doesn’t ask me about my medical history.
