Simon is very knowledgeable and replaced my pool pump a while back. Not only did he do a great job installing the pump, he also helped identifying the plumbing leak and recommended the specialist to fix it at a reasonable price.
They have claimed their chlorine is cheaper than Bunnings.Yes, it is cheaper but they don't top the 15L bottle to full.... I went to the store to get the 15L chlorine few days ago. The bottle was obviously no full (around 80-85% only). I asked the store guy whether it's truly 15L and the guy told me yes it's 15L - This is not true as I went to Bunnings and compare the bunnings chlorine and the chlorine from this shop. I am pretty sure this pool shop didn't top the chlorine to full. Won't go their anymore. Watch out. Stay awa... read more
Highly recommend. Came across this shop few months ago by accident but glad I did. Simon he was very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed to help me with my issue ( can’t remember what it was). I do remember, I was budgeting to spend a fair bit but I ended up only spending like $50. Simon gave me his phone number and talked me thru the issue when I got home and was able rectify it with his help. I will travel from Heathwood to Algester to get service from this shop. Service like this is rare to find these days.
