I rarely write negative reviews, but felt it was important to share this experience. I’ve generally had positive experiences at this practice, but my recent appointment with Dr Anis Mursyeedah Che Rahim was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, however the doctor appeared to arrive at the practice around 20 minutes late, with no acknowledgement or apology.
