Came out to our home to quote for replacing and installing new fans, upgraging and replacing lights. Was advised I could not have fans with lights downstairs as it’s a 2 storey home and they couldn’t run wires in the ceiling space. Luckily I had another company quote because guess what I have, a lovely big fan with a light downstairs!!!!! with no wiring needed in the ceiling space. Drivers in a rush almost causing car accidents. Owner of business didn't seem to care when I called and complained.
Horrible service, I called them to come and look at a light switch that everytime it is turned on, it tripped the main switch, they sent a young guy who came way late but this was to be expected so we were not surprised. Then he asked us to bring our ladder instead of using his own from his van and without any proper checking procedures, he switched the light back on & off and said there was nothing wrong with the light circuitry.
