I'm not a huge work out person but I'm very much enjoying the classes they have to offer at great prices. It's nice to have that in a small community:) can't wait for spring classes to start!
I love it, I just wish the man/men who insist on leaving his weights racked on the squat and bench would be more considerate of other people's time and take them off. Gym etiquette 101.
