Never will work with this company again! Took a load from this broker and they lied about it - 300ml one day load appeared to be 2day load because brokers appointment was fake and the real was 1 day later. Above the all he was refusing to pay layover!
They don't know what they're doing. They gave me a shipment for which my truck was initially loaded with, then offloaded and a different brokers truck was loaded with that same shipment. They booked this truck for a shipment from Alabama USA to Quebec Canada. The driver waited at the shipper in Alabama for over 3 hours. They held the truck there all afternoon on a FRIDAY. They loaded the truck and then offloaded it and at 4pm on a Friday when we have no chance of getting any other reload back to Canada, they cancel the order... read more
