Avoid at all cost – I can go on and on about my experience with this pool builder, but the most important aspect is they take no ownership in their work. I have an engineers report plus an opinion letter from a Lic appraiser detailing the issues that they are ignoring. They claim because it was a year and a half ago, that I should have called this to their attention when it was first built.
