I engaged Michael to clean a 1 bed apartment including steam cleaning a bedroom carpet. Michael replied 'we can do this for $465'. When he attended the property, he requested upfront payment and then provided a list of things he couldn't do after the money was transferred. The apartment is only 6yrs old and in good condition. He did not steam cleaning the carpets [despite me asking for them to be done] and then had the audacity to refuse a partial refund [essentially stealing my money]. Micheal is the most unreliable and dodgy person in cleaning industry I’ve ever seen, When I called him to get a quote for Bond cleaning he sounded very nice and professional, took me through the floor plan like I’m dealing with a large cleaning company but on the day he booked me in he came with another young girl and now I’m facing him in tribunal because after he finished he didn’t even tell me when he left the property because he knew I’m going to complain about his job, I’m facing him in tribunal for charging me $990 whi... read more
