Rubin and his team were on time and very professional. Once they got the keys, they completed the end of lease clean in no time. The place looked great, and I had no issues with the estate agent — bond returned without any problems. Rubin even stayed in touch with me after the clean to make sure there were no issues with getting my bond back. With it being the festive period, it took a bit longer than usual, but he continued to check in throughout. Highly recommend!
Paid Michael $1400 upon commencement of the job. Was guaranteed that the entire home would be expertly and thoroughly cleaned - bleached and sanitised. Completely over promised and under delivered. Arrived alone to clean a large home. When I called to complain he brazenly told me that the quality of the clean was MY fault as I booked him last minute. He did come back for about 45 minutes - waste of time and money.
Ruben and team did a great job on my end of lease level clean. Very pleasant to deal with and efficient when cleaning. I would get them back in.
