When I originally booked a different cleaner and they didnt show up at the agreed time, I called Alfred’s at last minute on a Friday afternoon to see if they would be able to come in on a weekend and sort it so I would still be out of my place by Monday. Michael was super communicative and understanding, had a team ready to go if my original cleaner didnt end up showing, and even offered me a discount on what I was spending with my original cleaner! Had a very difficult agent and the team at Alfreds kept us constantly updated and briefed us continually along the way for our end of lease cleaning in Bondi....
