Tried to call to enquire about timings and costs but had the most unusual and rude response. When I asked about costs I was told “well you’re clearly not interested and are going to make some other calls”. I don’t think it’s rude to enquire about pricing so I’m not entirely sure where the response came from.
I went by 4.8 star reviews but the question is what about the 1 star reviews ? Should those who trust Alfred’s end of lease cleaning risk having to bear hundreds of $$ additional expenses for the mistakes their cleaners make? …this is my experience. I chose these guys after seeing they have 4.8 star reviews, but I’m greatly disappointed that Michael Confos who assured me that if there are any issues and the property manager or owner will raise any issues he would look into it didn’t even pick up my calls when i wanted to inf... read more
