Cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. I had a bond clean scheduled for Saturday and received a text they were cancelling on Friday afternoon. Michael was extremely rude over text and did not offer any apologises nor assistance in finding a replacement last minute. I would not recommend providing this company with any business as Michaels responses have been rude and insincere.

The whole experience was great - from detailed approach and services on the website, to the initial conversation with Michael (who was able to advise me on what was - and more importantly what was not - required for an end of lease clean) to Rubin's attention to detail and going above and beyond in an older and sometimes hard to clean place.
Rubin was so helpful, communicated well and did a first class job! Would recommend to anyone needing an end of lease clean, we got our full bond back.
