Scheduled to have technicians identify the source of a leak for an upstairs condo I own. They were able to troubleshoot and root cause the issue to a worn wax ring. They repaired the ring and also replaced all damaged sheet rock downstairs. The repair was done in a timely manner, technicians were nice and arrived on time. Quality of work was superb, you cannot tell there was any water damage.

I was hired along side whit my mother to do cleaning services for the property Kessler and morning side we worked for only two weeks for problems with the maintenance guy when asked to get paid they still took another week to pay us when we go for our checks they had said that there was only one check when clearly we had established whit JOSE that it was gonna be two different pay but his and the office excuse was she didn’t file an application so basically saying she WORKED for FREE when calling Jose all he knew what to say... read more
