got a motor replaced now after a few days vehicle started overheating, called Shannon at front office she said she will call me back never called got a call back I had to called 5 times till finally alfred answered the phone told him the vehicle was overheating he said well thats an electrical problem I just replaced the motor just did not want to take responsibility

Outstand family business. I would drive across Texas and drop my car off at Alfred's as opposed to using the local corporate shops in my small town. Highly, cannot emphasize enough, highly recommend Alfredo and Shannon. These two go beyond the call. Thank you so very much Alfredo and Shannon.
One of the best mechanics I’ve found that is reliable and dependable. Rebuilt my engine last year and have continued to come in for regular maintenance. Referred a friend for an oil change and alternator exchange, she was very happy. My Car runs like new. Highly recommended.
