Wow — what a bargain! Just $498.75 to snake a 27ft toilet line on a job that was scheduled two days in advance, not even an emergency. For that price, I was half-expecting them to bring gold-plated tools or maybe perform the job in a tuxedo. But nope — quick in and out, under an hour, and nearly 500 bucks later I’m left wondering if I accidentally hired a celebrity plumber. If you're looking to overpay for basic work, these are your people.

Furnace was fixed within 3 hours of calling in. Friendly and quick service despite us being located further out.

Sold me a super expensive pressure tank, even though the problem was a burst pipe underground. It was confirmed by the contractor who installed the whole septic system that the old tank was not the issue and didn't need replacing. Alfredo cut and destroyed the shelves to make space for that specific tank. When the issue persisted, there was absolutely no follow up, but I was threatened with collections if I don't pay for the tank plus instalation.
