Hidden gem on Folly
As a Folly local, this is my favorite secret spot! I’m obsessed with the carbonara penne pasta with sausage & chicken! Great quality, friendly staff and a quant step off of the mayhem of center street. Not a tourist trap!!!
The pasta and sauces are made in house and you can tell. I had the meat ragu with red sauce. It was incredible. My friend had shrimp Alfredo. I am not usually a big Alfredo fan but I tasted hers and it was simply amazing. Thin sliced sourdough toast with parmesan completes the meal. Run,don't walk to this treasure.
Tucked away like a true hidden gem, this hole in the wall spot on Folly Beach delivers far more than its modest exterior suggests. There is nothing flashy here. It is clean, simple, and intentional. Excellent pasta! One of the best dishes I have had (I don’t say this lightly. My family and I are proud foodies- have traveled all around Italy and tried the most delicious food). This was 1000/10.
