Es una lastima,que con la buena reputación que tiene el Dr :Alfredo Mendoza,las asistentes no valoren eso !! Ya perdí el tiempo que llevo ,tratando de comunicarme para una cita y dejando mensaje y jamás,contestan el teléfono!!! Sería una lastima,que por culpa del personal de asistencia,la clínica pierda pacientes!! Porque por ejemplo,yoooo si no me devuelven la llamada ,con mucho dolor voy a buscar otro médico !!! Y que conste ,que no es culpa de él, a mi me encantó su atención!!!
I called this place looking for a gastroenterologist for my son because he needs a G-tube size change. His stomach is all irritated since all the liquid leaks out through the tube. Because he had seen another doctor before, they refused to see him. I clearly explained to the girl that the previous doctor doesn’t perform the kind of procedure my son needs, but she still refused to schedule an appointment, saying it was the clinic’s policy not to see patients who were treated by another doctor.
