Después de tres meses en espera de un procedimiento (Sigmoidoscopia)ordenado por la primera cita del Dr Mendoza en marzo hoy fue totalmente imposible realizar para mi mamá de 84 años ,el Dr simplemente me dijo q había mucha caca y no pudo hacer el procedimiento….. teniendo que pagar un servicio incompleto …Hoy me siento muy insatisfecha por la explicación y mal manejo de la preparación que me indicaron para ella un enema dos horas antes que no resolvio limpiar por completo su recto pudiendo haber sido desde el día anterior .... read more
Today I visited the Van Dyke office and it was wonderful. I had my calendar mixed up for my visit. they accommodated me and worked me in I ask lots of questions. They gave me all the information, and other details I had not thought to ask. They checked my medication's as well I needed for an immediate endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Mendoza has done several of those previously. The office worked well with my schedule and was very patient.
