Loved our visit with Dr. Jimenez. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Everyone was so nice and professional, Our Audiologist Andrew Downey had so much patience with our 3 month baby and made us feel so comfortable! Recommend to anyone looking for an ENT!
Dr Jimenez gets the 5 stars ⭐️ for himself I have been bringing my daughter since she was 6 months she is now turning 11 she has had so much done n he just always makes my daughter feel comfortable.. On the other hand the staff is very rude Especially the one who does the surgery set up dates n front desk they seem to think it’s cute especially when u call over the phone.. I talked to office manager and she just has excuses for their behavior… When I come I know they know who I am n they just laugh but guess what my daughter... read more
