This place sucked. The ladies up front were complaining about their patients calling them annoying and especially one saying “I get stuck with the new patients all the time and it’s so annoying” as I was being checked in as a first time patient. The doctor and his student were very nice though! Straight to the point and listened and understood what I needed! Got my blood work, he was kinda rough about it but super quick! I appreciated the friendly and professional staff that made checking in seamless. I was seen quickly and did not have to wait long, which I really appreciated. Dr Santillan was very informative and walked me through the entire process. I i appreciated his empathy and prayer.

Dr. Alfredo Santillan made sure I understood everything in regards to my diagnosis and treatment/plan of care for my breast cancer. He would explain things to me and verify my understanding of what he discussed. Even though I said I understood, he could tell that I didn’t and he reviewed the information with me all over again until I truly did understand.
