My 97 year old mother was a resident of Alfred House for the past several years. She was a challenge due to advanced dementia, extensive osteoarthritis and lack of mobility. At all times, she was handled with diligent attention, sensitivity and dignity. I was kept apprised of even the slightest possible issue, day or night. Awesome care and attention to the residents. My brother was resident here in AH3 for 5+ years due to dementia and he was provided with excellent attention and personalized care as he progressed through his illness. The food was prepared to meet his needs and his health and weight were well maintained. The staff was always courteous and helpful, letting us know how he was doing and if they noticed any issues which might need special attention.
