Alfreda is a compassionate therapist who is always helping her clients learn, grow, and heal. She has a knack for supporting and understanding individuals that allows them to become the best version of themselves. I highly recommend Alfreda for counseling services!
By far the best therapist I've ever had! She's so easy to talk to and has helped me so much. I haven't seen her in a year now but I think about the things she tought me all the time. 10/10 would recommend!
