I use to be a patient here so I called to come back on, stated I had Kaiser but if they didn’t take it no worries I’ll just pay out of pocket. I showed up to my appointment today to be told they don’t accept self pay. Not only am I confused how I made an appointment in the first place but how they still just would not take my appointment. So they sent me away with no appointment. Absolutely wild, wait time was always terrible here as well.

I had a great experience with the doctor, who was attentive and knowledgeable. However, the rest of the staff was very disappointing. The front desk employee, I believe her name was Cydne, seemed unfocused—she was on her phone and even answered a call while taking my information. She also had a poor attitude, as if assisting me was an inconvenience. Additionally, I was very uncomfortable hearing a nurse discuss my personal health issues in front of other patients. Dr. Alfreda jones is a horrible Dr and a horrible person. If you’re pregnant, just stay away from her and her practice. She’s also never on time. She doesn’t care about you, your baby, or anything. She’s awful.
