Dr. Alfreda Jones is a great doctor. I had a baby via a cesarian section with her and that was a good experience. She was on time like scheduled. I'm grateful for that. But I can't say that her office is working well. It's not. The office is TOO BUSY. There are not enough doctors and nurses to see all the patients. Dr. Jones is always in a hurry. Very busy clinic, they are accepting new patients but at each visit they leave you waiting for about an hour semi naked in a room waiting to be seen, Dr. Jones, not communicative, just performs the procedures without saying anything, you have to be asking questions otherwise she does not explain anything about what she is going to perform nor does she give you information about your condition. It seems to be running. Not recommended.

Very good in personally I love her. She helps me give twins babies no cesarean. By normal.
I have been trying to get an appointment since November because I’m 5 months pregnant and I just moved to Reston but all they keep saying is we will call you and whenever I call the answering machine says that their office is closed. Bad experience, because I have to keep traveling back to New York which is a 4 hour trip.
