What I’m sharing is based entirely on my personal experience, and I believe other women deserve to know before choosing this provider. I was a patient of Dr. Jones from January to July 2024, during my pregnancy with my third baby. On July 30, 2024, I tragically lost my baby, two weeks before my due date. Dr. Jones is a wonderful person. She helped deliver my daughter this spring. It is true that the wait time is long for her appointments; however, it is worth it. Dr. Jones always took the time to answer any questions my husband and I had at our appointments. All the staff were always kind and helpful. Dr. Jones works hard to create a relationship with her patients and foster trust.
Dr. Alfreda Jones is a great doctor. I had a baby via a cesarian section with her and that was a good experience. She was on time like scheduled. I'm grateful for that. But I can't say that her office is working well. It's not. The office is TOO BUSY. There are not enough doctors and nurses to see all the patients. Dr. Jones is always in a hurry. Very busy clinic, they are accepting new patients but at each visit they leave you waiting for about an hour semi naked in a room waiting to be seen, Dr. Jones, not communicative, just performs the procedures without saying anything, you have to be asking questions otherwise she does not explain anything about what she is going to perform nor does she give you information about your condition. It seems to be running. Not recommended.
