Alfred quickly became my go-to registered massage therapist after one or two treatments for my rotator cuff, shoulder, rhomboid muscle and bicep tendon issues. As someone who plays sports and does weight training, Alfred has been key to my fitness and athletic journey. Alfred is very detail oriented and good at finding the source of pain and/or soreness. When I first visited him, I did not realize the work I did caused numbness and tingling along my right arm to my finger tips. After one session, the numbness and tingling disappeared.
