My father and I had a deeply disappointing experience with this doctor. Terrible service and mistreatment of senior citizens: Avoid Dr. Soto! I am giving them one star only because I cannot give zero. Dr. Soto and his staff demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and empathy, especially toward elderly patients. My father is a 73-year-old patient whose primary language is Spanish. Dr. Soto belittles him and dismissively demands that he speak English. Even when we accompany him to translate and help, the doctor's attitude remains arrogant and completely lacking in empathy. Dr. Soto is "nice" but makes his patients do what he wants. My mom had a hard time getting on the examining table and he forced her up any way he could after i asked to just please examine her standing or on the chair. after she was on the table he started examining her without telling us what he was doing. I asked and he said EKG, xray and blood work and she had come in to follow up on an abscess and he said he wasn't doing anything today except a physical and he would see her in two weeks. she was a new patient. no bedside... read more
