we had an absolutely fantastic experience with carpet cleaning for the first time. we were really impressed with our technician, gerald, and his meticulous attention to detail. he took his time in each room, being both transparent and communicative with us throughout the entire process. we will definitely recommend this service to others and we plan to use it again in the future in lynn.
