Norman called ahead to let me know when he’d arrive. He showed up in uniform, and when I asked if he had shoe covers since I had just steam cleaned my carpets, he put them on right away. Norman brought in all the carpet cleaning equipment and explained the whole process before starting. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever tried! Norman was extremely friendly and treated my home with respect. He took his time to make sure everything was cleaned properly. My carpet was really dirty, and even though I had tried cleaning it myself before, nothing worked as well. After Norman finished, my carpet looked completely refreshed, soft, and had no leftover residue. i recently had my carpets cleaned by alfred & sons carpet cleaners, and the experience was fantastic. diego was the technician who helped me, and he was super friendly and very professional. i was a bit embarrassed about how dirty my carpets and tiles had gotten, but diego made me feel comfortable right away and assured me it was no problem. he came to my home on a saturday, even though his schedule was busy, and did an amazing job making my carpets look fresh and clean. the price was definitely fair for the quality of work.... read more
It was such a relief to have the carpet cleaning crew arrive right on time for our appointment in Lynn! Usually, we’re stuck waiting around all morning for those long “8 a.m. to noon” windows, and then the team shows up late. This company gets high marks from me for being so punctual. I recently had the carpets in four rooms cleaned and was really impressed with the entire experience. The team arrived right on time, and there were three workers who handled everything efficiently. They carefully moved all my furniture, and when they were done, put everything back exactly as it was.
