I have been seeing Dr JK from here, who has been fantastic. It’s not like a private clinic, where you are looked after a little better, although they are very thorough, and always ready to see me should the need arise. Dr JK is very knowledgeable with Sarcoidosis, and I always feel safe and heard. thanks

I was on hold for at least 20 minutes and then they would come back with a voice saying they will get back to you. Not professional at all.

It is almost impossible to reach them and no one ever calls back. It always "we will return your call" and its' like they forget. I have already like 5 messages. Plus, the communication amongst the teams is very poor, the team performing my bronchoscopy couldn't answer 'why I needed it?' they just said, because your lung doctor said so. What kind of an answer is 'because they said so'... Very disappointed.

After dealing with one of the sleep specialists I found this same female specialist incompetent, with more thought to getting paid than to patient care. I also felt I was badly managed by this sleep specialist, ended up going elsewhere where I was able to get the correct information for my care and now able to have a normal sleep, I am so surprised at the lack of attentive care i received from that specialist compared to the new one. chalk and cheese.
